Abstract

This book is the evident result of the coordination of the work of two professionals in the medical and communication sciences, such as Susana Fernández and Viviana Villa, respectively. From the outset, the concept of "learning community" has guided research into strategies for articulating the fields of Communication and Health. Within this framework, the choice of working on adolescent pregnancy is a bet with broad public policy expectations and, in it, communication strategies are of central interest for the development of this type of research.
