Germany had a problem it couldn't solve. Europe has a problem of public health, coordination and communication that it is not knowing how to solve. In Germany they had a problem
by people who died due to lethal infection with the Escherichia coli bacterium. In Germany there was a problem with more than 2,500 people affected or with symptoms.
