In the field of occupational risk prevention, academic immersion at the professional level and the updating of teaching methodologies is essential. In the collection of El Bosque University, the book entitled: Miembro superior: Exposición, diagnóstico y prevención de desórdenes musculoesqueléticos en los ambientes laborales, can be considered as a reference bibliography for the discipline of ergonomics and psychosociology applied at work. The transversal nature of formal training in prevention implies coherence between the different specialties associated with the Higher Technician in Occupational Risk Prevention, making the student make a conceptual connection between them. This aspect creates a thin line between the specialty of ergonomics and occupational medicine developed by physicians in the medical field.
